Policies, Procedures & Annual General Meeting
Members wishing to serve on the Committee of Team JJ MC must be nominated for election at the Annual General Meeting. A fully completed Nomination Form must be lodged with the Secretary as the rules of the club state (currently rule 6)
Rules, Policies and Procedures are added, amended or removed via a members vote at the Annual General Meeting, if the proposal for relevant changes have been lodged with the Secretary as the rules of the club state (currently rule 25)
The AGM normally takes places in the last week of February each year, however rule states the AGM must take place at least 15 months after the previous AGM (currently rule 23)
